Dictation
MedScribe can provide full digital dictation capabilities, with options including phone, handheld and PC dictate. The dictation system can be placed at the customer location, or hosted remotely. We also integrate with customers’ existing dictation systems.
Production
MedScribe assigns a dedicated transcription team to each customer, specifically assigned based on the skill levels required to perform the work. A back-up team is also assigned to ensure service levels are consistently maintained. MedScribe MTs use advanced transcription production tools to ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiencies.
Turnaround Time
Delivering fast turnaround of completed reports is a critical factor in providing a high value American medical transcription solution for our customers.
