The Implementation Team works with your staff to review documentation procedures and content to ensure that all patient encounter information is being documented and dictated correctly and completely. Our team members will work with your staff to provide the training and education necessary to ensure that proper protocol and procedures are in place. MedScribe interfaces into health information systems for data transmissions using HL-7 standards. Dictation and data are securely transferred to protect the integrity and confidentiality of PHI (protected health information) in a manner that respects the patient's right to privacy. Implementation Process MedScribe will provide the client with an on-site transcription server that will be utilized to gather patient ADT information, receive, process, store, print, or electronically interface the transcribed records when they are returned from transcription. The transcription server will also be used to interface with your facility’s information system if you would like to integrate patient records with other electronic systems. During the implementation process, MedScribe’s implementation team and members from the facility implementation team will establish site specific work flow criteria from the point of dictation through electronic signature and to report distribution. Once established, the work flow can be modified to meet the changing needs of the client. MedScribe approaches the implementation process in three stages in order for the facility and its staff to be fully prepared. ![]()
